I have just received my copy of the newsletter through the post. It is a bumper edition and a real treat. Masses of photographs including a series of the head prefects from 1921 to 1966. I remember Soffe, Fulford and Henley from 50 to 53. There is also a verbatim account of the speeches made at the formal opening of the school buildings on December 21st 1899 together with the responses of the audience with 'hear hears' and 'laughter'. Very evocative of the times.
Thanks to Mike Conlan for the production.
Jim Wishart.
